Three elements of zazen

breathe Take a few breaths to adjust your breathing . In other words, you count your breath in your heart and adjust your breathing. Call deeply and long with humans. Suck naturally with two. Call with a footer and smoke with a two. Call me and smoke two. Do this from one to ten. When it is over, repeat from 1 to 10. This is the best way for beginners. It’s easy to get into a mess.
Breathing is breathing because it is called and inhaled. It is better to call the breath for a long time and inhale for a short time, that is, caller inhalation. It is important not to breathe in the throat, but to take the root of breathing down to the lower abdomen, that is, Kikai Tanda.
Breathing is the most important condition in life and must be disturbed. I want to breathe in Dantian breathing.
The spirit of Kikai-Tanda is the spirit of energy, and all the spirit of Kikai-Tanda comes out of this Kikai-Tanda. The source of life is here. The lower back is also the liver and kidney, but Kikai Tanda is also important.
Therefore, I want you to take a break and try it for a long time and deeply. Take a breath with your whole body. Call out so that there is no air in your body. If you call it all the way, you can smoke naturally without being conscious of sucking. In other words, life is breathing.

person who adjusts his mind cannot hold his breath for five minutes. There is no rest in breathing even when sleeping. If you take each breath to the bottom of your abdomen and adjust your breathing, your mind will be adjusted naturally. It is the most difficult to adjust this mind, but if you do it in the correct way of zazen and with the correct breathing, you will be able to adjust your mind. In other words, it is important to become a Zen meditation. It requires effort and dedication.
Zen is not far away. Zen work must be in the middle of everyday life. Therefore, since it is a life that will never happen again, we want to spend our daily lives meaningfully with each other.

Clothes for zazen There is no need to regulate the clothes, but it is good to wear clothes that are easy to zazen and not to be too flashy. It is not appropriate to wear a suit, tie and sit tightly. It is desirable to use replacement trousers as well. The obi should be loose and have a simple feel.
For kimono, wear a hakama. It may be a good idea to make zazen kimono according to your taste, and it is good to have all the kimonos. It looks neat. I would like to do so if possible.
During zazen, you should take socks, socks, watches, etc., and remove glasses except for special people.

Precautions for zazen meditation
It is strictly forbidden to enter or leave the zazen temple from the center where the principal image or the Holy Monk Manjushri is enshrined. It is common sense to enter and exit from the entrance on the single side where you are sitting. Not going in and out from the front also includes humility. He went to the zazen-do after he was in the palm of his hand and had a low head. You have to walk quietly in the hall.
In the Rinzai sect, when you start walking, you should proceed from your left foot, and when you retreat, you should retreat from your right foot. In other words, it goes left and right.
No useless talk is allowed in the Zendo. You don’t even need morning and evening greetings here.
When chanting sutras, please try to read them in a loud voice and in a voice from the 肚.
Don’t just read it by yourself. Old people are said to “read by ear.” In other words, listen to the sutras that everyone is reading and sing along with them. It seems easy and this is difficult.
The chanting of sutras makes the reader, as well as the listener, feel refreshed. The sutra chanting is really good.
